Measured results against the success number: time saved, errors caught, cost per run. You see the evidence, not a summary of it.
Keep / kill / scale
Your call. Scale it into a larger deployment or retainer, or kill it and keep the pilot artifacts either way.

One workflow, in your environment, 10 business days. Fixed scope and a success number agreed in writing before we build. 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery. Ends in a keep / kill / scale decision backed by evidence — you keep the artifacts either way.

Not sure a pilot fits yet? We map the workflow as it really runs, give you a straight feasibility verdict and the exact pilot scope. The full $750 is credited toward your pilot if you start within 30 days.
