Proof
Proof, not promises.
Everything on this page is first-party work with a file-level source — no client names, no revenue figures, no borrowed outcomes. Where a number is illustrative rather than measured, it says so. That honesty is the product: this is the same reporting you get at the end of a pilot.
1,000-item roadmap → 891 verified in two days
A production personal-agent PWA (Kethora) driven from a 1,000-item upgrade roadmap to 891 done, 109 deliberately cut, 0 remaining — 523 items checked on day one. Items are only marked done when built, deployed, and verified; platform-impossible items were closed honestly in writing instead of faked.

A 202-entry agentic AI library, check-verified
131 roles + 51 capabilities + 20 integrations, each with an operating contract, quality gate, and handoff — wired to a plain-English router that maps a request to the right role assembly. The full package passed 15/15 assembly checks.

A rehearsal that reports its own misses
EvidenceOS (independent assurance for agent behavior) run against a live system: of 5 claimed agent actions, 2 corroborated, 2 had no matching record, 1 fell in a coverage hole — with a signed receipt and 14/14 tests passing. The misses are in the report, not edited out of it.

What a pilot looks like, end to end
Sample journey — illustrative, not a client engagement. The example below uses a synthetic high-volume document-intake workflow (~400 emailed forms/week) to show the exact method, gates, and decision you get. Your pilot runs on your real workflow; the shape is the same.
Map it as it runs
Every step of your manual workflow, who owns it, the volume, and where it actually fails — before anything is proposed.
Classify: automate / assist / never
Each step gets one verdict with a reason. Deterministic steps automate fully; judgment steps stay human with AI surfacing the evidence; anything where an error creates legal or financial exposure is never automated.
Evidence bar before build
Two weeks of real (redacted) examples per category, or the engagement stops at “insufficient evidence” and says why.
Shadow mode, then live
The system runs alongside your team first, scored against your current numbers. It only goes live when it beats them.
Keep / kill / scale
Measured results against the success number fixed in writing at kickoff. Kill it and keep the artifacts, or scale it. Your call, backed by evidence.
The price, and the next step
Workflow Diagnostic — $750
We map the workflow as it really runs and give you a straight feasibility verdict plus the exact pilot scope. The full $750 is credited toward your pilot if you start within 30 days.
The Paid Pilot — $2,500 fixed
One workflow, in your environment, 10 business days. Fixed scope and a success number agreed in writing before we build. 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery. Ends in a keep / kill / scale decision — you keep the artifacts either way.
No client testimonials, client outcomes, or revenue — none exist on record yet, and we won't borrow any. The results above are our own shipped work, labeled as such. The first client result goes here when it exists, with permission.
Because depiction should be realistic without being deceptive. The method, gates, and deliverables are real; the ~400-forms/week example is illustrative until a real pilot replaces it.
